10 GOOD REASONS WHY WE SHOULD HAVE WILLS
If you've been putting off making a will, because the thought of your own demise is too much to bear—stop, and think of your family first.
Here are the ten most compelling reasons why it's important to your family that you take action and make a will, and remember to keep it current.
If you die without a will...
1. The court will appoint an administrator, for a fee.
The administrator will distribute your money and your belongings according to state law. You don't want this to happen because a court-appointed administrator won't know your personal interests and keep your needs in mind. With a will, you choose the person, called an executor, who sees to it that your property is distributed according to your specific wishes.
If you die without a will...
2. Your spouse may end up with less than s/he needs.
Your surviving spouse may not have enough funds to make ends meet because, for example, more money may go to your children than you wanted. In your will, you can make sure that your spouse gets enough money to live comfortably.

3. Your assets may be divided equally among your heirs.
If there is no surviving spouse, your assets will be parceled out equally among your heirs. You may not want this to happen. For example, you won't be able to protect your assets from an adult child's creditors or the financial ravages of a divorce decree. Or, one adult child may be well off and not need the money while another child really could use some financial assistance. Also, you may have another family member or friend you want to help and, without a will, it won't be possible.

4. Your grandchildren may not get a cent.
When no beneficiaries have been specified, most state courts will grant an estate's assets first to a surviving spouse, then children, often leaving out the generation after. Because most states define heirs as "blood" relatives, stepchildren may not be recognized as heirs. An exception may be made when a stepchild has been legally adopted. A will, however, can insure stepchildren are not left out.

Without a will, you may not get the guardian you want for minor children. With neither parent alive, the grandparents are the natural guardians of minor children, but it may be up to a court to decide which set of grandparents.

You and a spouse can shelter as much as $1.3 million of assets from federal estate taxes by setting up trusts within your wills. You'll need the help of an experienced professional to draft the wills for you.

With a will, and an adjoining letter of intent, you can specify who gets what. It's a good way to avoid family fights. Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a tool useful for saving or retaining updated information on websites that you frequently visit or websites that are your favorite. RSS utilizes an XML code which scans continuously the content or subject matter of a certain website in search for new informations then transmits the information updates by way of feeding the information to subscribers.
RSS feeds are generally being utilized in blogs or news sites, though any website wanting to broadcast and publish information can use them. Once new information is sent, it will contain a headline, a little bit of text, and either a rundown or a brief review of the news or story. A link is needed be clicked upon to read further.
So as to accept RSS feeds, a feed reader is needed, called an aggregator. Aggregators are widely and freely available online, and all that is needed is a bit of searching, you will be able to locate a certain interface that best interest you. What’s more, RSS feeds can likewise be read and retrieved from cell phones and on PDAs.
Once you encounter upon a website that you want to add or insert to the aggregator, the process can be done in two ways. Almost all sites offering an RSS feed displays an “RSS” or “XML” button in their homepage and with one click, it promptly add that particular feed to one’s aggregator. Sebab #1 : Menunggu Untuk Bermula

Hampir semua orang tidak mahu menunggu untuk berjaya. Tetapi,
pada masa yang sama, mereka sanggup menunggu untuk mula
melangkah ke arah kejayaan.
Nampakkah anda masalahnya disini?
Lagi lama anda menunggu untuk bermula, lama lagi untuk anda
menjana wang, kejayaan dan gayahidup yang anda mahukan.
Ramai orang yang menunggu sehingga semuanya sempurna sebelum
mereka bertindak. Oleh sebab itu, mereka tidak akan bergerak
dan tidak akan mendapat ganjarannya.
Tiada perlumbaan yang akan dimenangi (atau diakhiri) oleh
seseorang yang tidak melepasi garis permulaaan.

Sebab #2 : Ilmu Kewangan Yang Teruk

Kunci kekayaan terletak kepada pemahaman tentang aset dan
liabiliti.
Perbezaanya saya ringkaskan disini: Aset adalah sesuatu yang
masukkan duit kepoket anda. Hutang pula ialah sesuatu yang
keluarkan duit dari poket anda.
Aset : Wang masyuk
Liabiliti: Wang keluar
Ramai orang yang berfikir bahawa rumah, kereta dan harta
benda adalah aset mereka.
Tetapi, yang sebenarnya ialah hampir semuanya menyebabkan
anda keluarkan wang dari poket anda. Mereka MAHUKAN wang
daripada anda. Mereka tidak BERIKAN anda wang.
Oleh itu, daripada definisi diatas, semuanya itu adalah
liabiliti = hutang!
Bila anda mempunyai wang yang banyak MASUK daripada
aset yang sebenar daripada wang yang KELUAR untuk
membayar liabiliti, anda akan bebas dari segi kewangan.
Hanya terdapat satu cara untuk anda lakukannya. Dan ianya
membawa kita kepada...

Sebab #3 : Fokus kepada pendapatan aktif daripada pasif

Salah seorang jutawan yang saya kenali pernah memberi
nasihat dengan selamba. Beliau berkata "Jika anda
tidak buat duit semasa tidur, anda tidak akan kaya."
Pendapatan aktif adalah gaji yang anda dapat daripada
bekerja. Anda bekerja sejam dan mendapat bayaran untuk
sejam bekerja dan sampai disitu sahaja.
Pendapatan pasif ialah anda bekerja sekali sahaja tetapi
terus mendapat bayaran tanpa putus daripada kerja yang
tidak lagi anda lakukan.
Dengan membuat pelaburan atau mencipta aset sebenar yang
memberikan pendapatan pasif kepada anda adalah tiket untuk
anda menuju kekayaan.

Sebab #4 : Tidak faham atau tidak gunakan sistem menjana duit

Sistem buat duit ialah sesuatu aktiviti yang boleh buat duit
untuk anda tanpa perlu kerja. Dengan lain perkataan, ianya
satu sistem yang buat duit secara automatik.
Aset yang sebenar hanyalah satu sistem atau yang berkait
dengannya.
Selepas anda mencipta atau gunakan satu sistem buat duit,
tiada had berapa banyak duit yang boleh anda perolehi.
Dengan menjadi pakar kepada sistem duit akan membawa
kekayaan diluar dugaan anda.

Sebab #5 : Tidak cukup sabar dan tiada keazaman

Untuk menamatkan apa juga perlumbaan, anda mesti memecut
daripada garisan permulaan dan mengikut terus sehingga
ke garisan penamat.
Ramai orang yang mencipta kegagalan mereka samada tidak
bermula langsung atau tidak tamatkan, atau kedua-duanya
sekali.
Untuk menjana kekayaan, berjaya dan hidup bahagia anda
mestilah mempunyai kesabaran dan keazaman untuk tiba
ke garisan penamat. Anda bukan sahaja perlu bermula,
tetapi mesti tabah mengharungi semuanya.
Bunyinya mungkin sudah jelas, tetapi ianya masih menjadi

Salah seorang jutawan yang saya kenali pernah memberi
nasihat dengan selamba. Beliau berkata "Jika anda
tidak buat duit semasa tidur, anda tidak akan kaya."
Pendapatan aktif adalah gaji yang anda dapat daripada
bekerja. Anda bekerja sejam dan mendapat bayaran untuk
sejam bekerja dan sampai disitu sahaja.
Pendapatan pasif ialah anda bekerja sekali sahaja tetapi
terus mendapat bayaran tanpa putus daripada kerja yang
tidak lagi anda lakukan.
Dengan membuat pelaburan atau mencipta aset sebenar yang

Then every time somebody clicks on an ad you make a small commission. This could be anywhere from a few cents per click to several dollars. The main thing here is all you do is drive traffic to the site and then let the people click on the ads.
4. One other form of affiliate income that does work for some people is 2-Tier affiliate programs. You earn money for recruiting affiliate marketers and every time the people you recruit make a sale. In these types of programs you are putting your emphasis on training the affiliate marketers underneath you.
